Hi,

I am looking to buy a private apt/condo with low monthly maintenance fee as I do not drive and will not be using much of the facilities. Pls advise what private apt/condo that I can look at that fulfil the low monthly maintenance fee and is conveniently located to good public transport links. I am looking at a max budget of SGD 1 million and must be at least 2 rooms. I am also ok to resale private apt/condo. Thanks.

I have new launch that are very conveniently located,just mere 2 mins walk to MRT station..2 bedrooms price from $893K only..low monthly maintenance even with full condo facilites..near to amenities and good schools..please feel free to contact me for more info..Thanks

I have a 2 bedroom unit at Lakepoint Condo. It is only 7 mins walk from Lakeside mrt. Area is 1001 sqft and asking is 800k. This unit has got low monthly maintenance fee too at only $174. Cheers!
