1. Stamp Duty: 3% of Purchase Price - $5400
(For property above $360k)

2. Legal Cost : $1500-$3000

3. 20-30% cash. 80-70% in loan.

4. If taking mortgage, Mortgage Stamp Duty - up to $500

5. Mortgage Insurance: depending on bank.

Hi Carol, other fees include, Legal Fees (can be absorbed by bank). Stamp duty.
