Hi, I am looking only Palm garden 2 bedroom, door facing either SE or South, floor level not important, condition of the house not important. budget maximium 620K depend on the condition of the unit. Thanks

Hi Thomas,

Palm Gardens recent transaction is already $630k in May, and $640k in July..

Perhaps u want to revise your budget so that u are ready to place a deposit once a suitable unit comes by.

Currently, there is not any for sale.
