Hi, i am looking into The Sail for investment purpose. To me
- 1 bedroom will have the highest rental yield to about 5%, thus best value.
- The project is very liquid given the good location
- Not sure about management fee per month. is it high?
- I see price still falling, so there might be a chance to get 1 bedroom done at around 1m sgd (although currently about 10-15% higher than this is being transacted)
- In general I am interested, not sure what are the pros and cons for this project, and are there any other factors i missed before showing my bid?
