Hi Theodora,

Firstly you have to ask yourself which part of the eastern area you prefer. Pasir Ris? Tampines? Bedok? Kembangan?
Secondly, for own stay or for investment?
Thirdly, the budget you will like to set aside for the downpayment and the monthly instalment you are comfortable with.
