Hi, I am looking for a good condition HDB 3 room house on rent from Feb 24, 2012. I am working in Tanjong Pagar and my daughter would be attending NPS school in Bedok. Can you suggest me few good areas on the green MRT line where I could get economical rental accommodation. Rgds VVK

Hi VVK,

NPS school is located in Chai Chee, therefore an ideal location will be somewhere there, which is not too far away from the MRT.

Depending on your requirements (aircon and furnishings), it is likely to set you back by about $2.1k range (maybe slightly more).

I'd need to know more about the number of occupants in your household and the background of these occupants.

    Hi Lim,
    Thank you for your response. I would be staying with my wife and two daughters (7 year and 2 year old). Is there a possibility to have a place in the range of 2K near Tanjong Pagar. It would be reduce my travel time to office. At the same time my daughter can utilize pickup and drop facility provided by her school. I am available for a discussion on +65-81454083  . VVK.
