Hi Avinash,

I believe you are looking to rent? Unless you have good reasons to only want MaySpring, you may also look at Palm Gardens, Northvale, Regent Grove, and Yew Mei green.

Mayspring and Palm Gardens rental for 2 bedrooms is about $2.3k or $2.4k. Most other condo I mentioned are within walking distance to CCK MRT or Yew MRT and shopping centre.

Also, a rare 3 bedroom unit near Mayspring is only $2.8K.
