Hi,

I am looking for a 3 or 3+1 unit condo in Serangoon central area. Budget is around 900k. Can anyone assist?

Further to that, since I am buying a second home (All the HDB regulations I had passed), may i know the rental income for a HDB EA in serangoon north area?

Units in Serangoon Central would be looking at around 800 psf ~ 900 psf.

You are probably looking to get another nearby EA unit in Serangoon north area so as to reducing the hassle of managing your properties. The rental for an EA in Serangoon north is looking at about $2800/mth
