Hi, I am looking for a 3-4 bedroom private apt or condo around Toa Payoh, Balestier, Novena areas. Budget around 3.5K. The unit will be shared by some foreign students from indonesia.
Pls let me know if you have any suitable units. Looking to move in April 2011.

    Hi,
    partially furnished with essential items such as washing machine, tv, fridge would be sufficient.
    The no. of students would be depend on the size of the rooms - up to 2 students per room.
    The location must be near amenities and transport such as bus and mrt.
