Dear sir/madam,

I would like to clarify if you are seeking units for rent or sale? As the diversity of projects is huge in Marine Parade or district 15 if we put it, the older projects will usually command lesser premium regardless of sale or rental. We also have units of different tenures (freehold or leasehold) which will make a huge difference to the prices if you are looking at purchase.
