You sure have good taste in choosing this project as I really think this is one of the better projects available in that area. Financially, is the $950k budget a figure which you have estimated or already worked out with the bankers? Most 2 bedders in this project are looking above $1.1m range therefore I wouldn't say you have no chance but it is relatively slim. If you are keen to explore these units, please let me know as I believe after some negotiations, we would be probably looking more at $1.05m range.
