Hi< I am looking for 3 room condo/ private, near Yio Chu Kang/Serangoon/Hougang area. Budget is about 800K. But I found some advertisement which are more than 800K, but they are asking higher than previous transactions. If anyone keen to sell within my budget, please let me know

Hi,

How about Woodlands? In the areas mentioned a 3 bedroom condo is likely to exceed 800K, unless you are referring to older condominiums. Thanks and hope to assist further.
