Dear owner,

Your unit can probably fetch around $2.6k with full furnishings and aircon. Typically the tenants will not mind too much of the renovation as long as the condition is move in as most HDB tenants are looking at price as their priority.

Before you begin the process to seek tenants, please ensure that your HDB unit has met MOP or approval has been granted by HDB to rent out should the MOP is not met.
