I am karthik i am working in singapore holding Employment pass. i am from india i have hand cash SGD 50000 dollar can i able to buy any house (condo, studio house.... ) in singapore with loan. i can't arrange other then that (SGD 50000) hand cash. is there any way to buy house. please advice me...

Evening Karthik,

Assuming that you are buying a studio unit at around $550k, you already need $110k for downpayment, assuming that you managed to obtain 80% loan. Hence of might need to rework on your capital before moving forward.
