Hi, I am interested to purchase a condo in jurong area that is already available for occupancy. I currently own a flat with outstanding loan w hdb. My flat is valued at 550K. May I know how much must I pay as deposit if I am interested to buy a condo? I an concerned at the interim between sale of flat and available occupancy for condo.What is the payment breakdown?

Hi,

Currently I am marketing a house by my seller at Punggol. He has the same intention of moving into a condo. My advice is get an estimated loan from the bank before proceeding to sell and purchase. Do call me up for no obligation discussion on the procedure and duration of the process.
