Hi TLC, 99/999/fh, difference is 99 and 999 they are all leasehold which means there is a limitation to the nbr of years and as for freehold means its yours forever unless there govt acquisition then u may be affected. prices difference of course there are. so firstly you wud have to decide on what is yr budget then u cud proceed. check it up with the banker, he/she cud help u with yr financing portfolio. i work with few bankers
