Hi I am interested in renting a semi-detached near seletar, punggol, sengkang or Hougang for the purpose of opening a childcare centre. Any advice or suitable sites for rental? I am looking at a floor space of 500sq.

Hi Marcus,

1stly,are you aware that you will be required to seek approval from the authorities for the change of use from a residential property to a commercial one?

2ndly, have you worked out a financial plan to estimate how much do you intend to put into rental monthly?

    Yes I am aware of the approval process from authorities. I was hoping for rental at 5k -10ka month depending on location
