Hi

I am interested in getting a 3 bedroom unit that is anything larger than 900spf and with a budget of around $700K.

However, we are currently holding on to a resale HDB which MOP is in 2014.
It was bought with grant.

Is there any way that the developer can help us in getting a unit faster?
