Hi,
I am interested in buying condominium.
My questions are what are the requirements? Marital Status? Age?

If I am not meeting the minimum age requirement, can I still look for a condominium and "reserve" that flat for me?If yes, how does the procedure works?

Thanks & Regards,
Vijaya

Hi Vijaya,

Assume you are at least 21 years of age, you could buy a private property as long as you have 20% of cash & CPF for the downpayment and income proof to qualify for a bank loan.

It's admirable to aim for a private property at a young age. Feel free to pick up the phone for a chat or you could also email or whatsapp me at the below contact info.

Cheers!
