Hi,

I am interested in a condo near Great World City shopping centre. Are there any fire sale units out there? I am looking at a 2 bedroom unit. I see that the recent transaction (Sept 2013), Tribeca sold for 1300 plus psf. I am interested to purchase such a fire sale unit. If you have owners selling units at such prices, please reply to this question. Only reply if you have such units to sell. Thanks.

I have a few units fro sale at The Montana,walking distance to GWC..2bdrms unit price from $1.2XX Mil only! Comes with fully equip kitchen..For more info,pls contact me.Thanks
