I am intending to buy a unit for stay and when the market picks up, sell it for a profit.
My ideal budget would be 600-700k for a central/east located FH condo with pool, tennis court and gym. Is this a realistic budget? Also would it be advisable to stretch my budget to get a unit in a prime location for investment purposes?
