Hi, i am in singapore.
I have an enquiry on loan using housing as mortgage, hope you can help me.
This is the case. My HDB flat is under my parents' names. Can i check with you if my father wants to get a loan using the flat as a mortgage, does my mother need to consent and sign the relevant documents? And if there is no need, is there any way i can apply to stop him from taking up the loan using the house as a mortgage?
