I am exploring the possibility of exchanging a freehold townhouse, less than 15 years old, walking distance to Sydney Habour Bridge Australia for a freehold landed property in Singapore. Advice appreciated.

Please correct if otherwise , are you thinking of selling your freehold townhouse in Sydney and buying a freehold home in Singapore?
