Hi Edward,

Yes foreigners are eligible to buy landed in Sentosa area after getting the approval from SLA LDAU. It takes approximately 1 month to get the in-principle approval. Some of the main conditions include getting for own occupation only and the land size must not exceed 1800 sqm. Other conditions may apply subject to the SLA authorities review.

One of the conditions include purchasing for own occupation only.
