Im afraid that is quite impossible as for HDB you always need to have 2 names to hold the HDB FLat on a normal basis, unless you set up a holding company and hold your properties under the company. the interesting thing about this is not only you can hold your properties you can used it to hold other things like shares also.

Hi

In order to change the HDB to only your wife's name, there are a few conditions to be fulfilled. Eg: MOP, outstanding loan, CPF refund just to name a few.
