Hi,
I am currently staying in 4 rooms flat, intend to sell and downgrade to 3 rooms flat that's less than 10yrs (preferable 6-7yrs).
1) I bought at 490K (not fully paid yet), if I downgrade to 3rooms (e.g 400K), will the housing loan for 3rooms same as what I am paying for 4 room flat?
