Hi, I am currently renting an condo apartment at Scotts Highpark. I would like to sub-rent one room out. Do I need to seek permission from the owner? Would also like to look for agents to help me out. Thanks Gareth.

Hi Gareth,

Read up on the tenancy agreement and check if there is any clause which prohibits you to do so.
