Hi,

These properties that are repossessed by the bank typically go through an auction, which may actually fetch higher prices. The best avenue for fire-sale prices is to be in contact with agents, we do have value-buys every now and then which I do intro quickly to motivated buyers/investors. For the buyers who are wary of agents, I guess they will miss out. Thanks and hope to discuss further.

Hi, if you are looking for good buy, then may I suggest that you view those new project instead? As due to the weak market sentiment, most developers are slashing their prices by a lot and it makes sense to look at uncompleted condo project at present. Dear sir/madam,

May I ask what is the purpose of obtaining such units? For own stay or purely investment? If you are looking to buy for own stay, my advise is to look at units selling through normal channel as your supply line is bigger and you get to view these units proper and can negotiate to a price you deem fair. I have an ex colleague whose buyer will never consider properties repossessed by banks due to his superstitions that fengshui of these properties are no good, which results in the owner being unable to finance the property proper. Are you in this category of buyer as well?
