Hi, I am currently a co-owner of a HDB flat with my mother. She has only paid a $12k or so for the initial down payment. I paid the remaining down payment and have been paying 100% of the monthly instalment.

I am planning to move on with my partner and purchase another flat together. But in order to do so, I will have to remove my name from the existing HDB flat.

My mother does not want to sell the HDB flat neither does she have the financial capabilities to take over the flat as a sole owner.

We are unable to take her into our new flat as my father will be moving in with us together with his care taker (domestic helper).

My mother does not want to move in with my brother as well. What can I do to sell the existing flat if she does not want to sell?
