I am considering buying resale HDB but on the other hand want to know if there are cheap resale condos with 2 bedrooms for sale.Could you pls advise me what is cheapest in the market? It seems 2 bedroom condo now cost at least 700K+. Is there no pricing ranging 400 too 500K+ condos now? Thanks

Hi Karen,

You have to understand that currently $400k to $500k might not even get you a resale HDB thus not to mention condos.

Even new 2 bedrooms EC are asking for at least $550k at the moment, thus it will say that it's almost impossible to find a resale 2 Bedrooms at such prices.
