Hi,

1) The items/furniture in a residential sale are classified under 2 major categories; fittings and fixtures.
(a) Fixtures are items fixed permanently to the property, moving would cause damage, must be sold together with the property.
(b) Fitting are items that are easily removed, fixed for personal enjoyment, not sold together with the property.

2) So in general, all built-in items such as kitchen built-in cabinets, bedrooms' built-in wardrobes, wall features are classified under fixtures. Therefore the seller will not remove them in a sale.

3) Seller has the responsibility to hand over the sold unit in a vacant possession state. This is refer to all moveable furniture is to be removed before completion day.
