Hi gurus. Have a few questions on mind.
I am selling my ec and want to get a resale hdb under single scheme.
First, can I apply for HFE letter?
Secondly how long does the cash proceeds take to process and cpf to my account?
Thirdly, am I able to transit seemlessly without have to rent house?

Hi, appreciate your sharing over PropertyGuru, have you pass the age of 55 ?
If require CPF amount from sale to purchase, usually require 3-4 weeks gap.

Is your resale EC buyer okay to give extension of stay ?
