    Thanks Aaron. If I change to another agent, what about the TA and inventory list that is with the current agent? Is it transferable?

Dear tenant,

Are you willing to pay your newly appointed salesperson for the handover process? Otherwise I highly doubt anyone will be motivated to represent you during the handover process.

Dear tenant,

Honestly, it is a unique situation (at least to me) where you are requesting for a change of representing salesperson at this stage of your tenancy and I reckon that this is more of a tenancy management task which my understanding is usually 20% of the rental value.

Like Philip, I am curious what exactly make you have this intention. Also Do you have a copy of the tenancy agreement as well as inventory list with you for this tenancy?

    Hi, The representing agent did not respond throughout the tenancy whenever I needed rental advise on the current tenancy period, and there are other factors too. Yes, I do have a copy of the TA with me and the inventory list as well.
