Hi, I am a SPR like to buy a resale Condo on my name with budget 700K, My CPF about 60K + Cash can be arranged to 100K, so total 160K can be arranged. looking for a condo in D22 region. please give me some advises

Hi Mr Kandasamy Sad to say, there is no resale at $700K in D22 At the very best, your budget can fit in to New Launch Project at nearest D23 where you can get a unit at $790k, few stops away from MRT & West Mall. Its the cheapest unit in the whole of west area Singapore, almost towards the end. Apart from your $160K to be used, you will have to cater another sum for Stamp Duties total 8%, roughly $59K.
