I think there are developers offering discounts rather than absorbing ABSD.

Maybe you can share more information on your finances so I will be in a better position to advise you.

Currently I am assisting a SPR to purchase a 1 bedder condo that is close to $700k.

Btw have you obtain an in principle approval yet?

Hi Anbarasu, yes there are a few projects like 1suites and Treasures @ G6 and both condo are below 700k. What's more, they are Freehold. Pls feel free to let me know if you wish to view.
