Unfortunately no, you can't apply for resale hdb as only legally married SPR couple with both 3 year SPR status can apply. Only option is private property. Thanks and hope to assist with your housing plans when you are ready.

Good evening Peggy,

You have to form family nucleus in order to purchase a resale HDB. I am afraid to inform you and your sibling cant form a family nucleus.

Thus you have to purchase it with your spouse. But as your spouse is a foreigner, you have to wait till he becomes SPR for at least 3 years before you are eligible to purchase a resale HDB. If not you can apply for citizenship then you can purchase under non citizen spouse scheme.

If not, alternatively you can opt to go for private property.
