Hi, I am a single PR not sure may i get a resale EC and i have a property in Malaysia. Will it be a problem for me to get a resale EC? If i am not eligible, then i am looking to buy a 1bedroom condo at east side with my budget $600k. Looking for resale or new launch TOP by2016 or earlier. Please advice. Thank you.

With budget of $600k, you can only consider new launch.
