Hi , I am a single PR , and i already have a condo (under my name), am i still eligible to buy an executive condo (5yrs) from resale markets?

Yup you are eligible to do so.

But beware of the loan eligibility (80%, 60% or 40% based on loan tenure and your age) and additional buyer stamp duty.
