Hi Cecilia, you can't purchase a new EC by yourself, unless it is a joint purchase with your fiancé or husband. But you are eligible to purchase a resale EC that is 5 years old or more. Hi Cecilia, you will not be able to purchase an EC on a single name, either form a family nucleus or rope in another friend to purchase under joint singles scheme. Hi Cecilia, For Resale EC yes, for New EC you cant as you need to form a family nucleus to apply for a unit. So you can either go for a Resale EC or you can go for a New Private Property.
