I am a singaporean married to a ltvp holder and habe one year old singapore citizen child. Am I eligible to buy bto/sbf under public scheme? If so, will my baby and spouse be occupiers?What is the procedure if i want to buy a 2 room flexi flat without taking loans?
Do i need to pay the downpayment 10% upon registering and the balance money during collecting keys?Or do i need to pay fully first before registering a flat?Is bto cheaper than sbf?
