Hi, I am a Singaporean looking to buy a property to rent out. Open to both existing and new launch. Fine with both 99 lease and freehold. Facilities not important but prefer location near to MRT (if very near, not those above ground ones). Budget 600-700k. May I also know how much cash do I need for downpayment(estimate)? Please advise. Thanks!
