Since you are a Singaporean purchasing your first property here in Singapore, your stamp duty would be 3% and there won't be any additional buyer stamp duty.

Morning Lesile,

Being SC, you will only need to pay standard stamp duty of 3%. ABSD is not applicable as this will be your first property in holding.

Hi Leslie, owning property outside Spore will not affected any tax if you do not i tend to get hdb. For buying property you will need to pay 3% of stamp duty in which everyone is made compulsary. As for 1st property in Spore you are under 0% Additional buyer stamp duty (ABSD). You will most likely get up to 80 % loan . This is a good time to enter property.Dunt miss this chance.
