Hi, I am a Singaporean and currently own a HDB flat since 2003 and bought a condo in late 2012 (still under going construction). Would like to find out once the condo is ready, do I need to sell my HDB flat? If not, can I sublet my HDB flat? Thank you.

Good afternoon! You are eligible to keep both of your properties and sublet your whole HDB unit as you are a SC. Only SPR household (both SPRs) who bought a condo, has to sell off their HDB. Hope it helps! Cheers! Warmest Regards, YT TAN 陈永达 | ACCA Graduate, RES Senior District Manager R043025D ECG Property Pte Ltd (A Wholly Owned Subsidiary of ECG Group of Companies) Estate Agent no.
