Hi,

I am a Singapore PR Holder, Single.

Am I eligible to buy a resale HDB flat in Singapore, where there is a mention of "All races and SPR are eligible."?

Secondly. I already have a property in my native.
So, Am I eligible to buy the resale HDB flat in Singapore and let it out for lease?

I regret to inform you that you are not eligible to purchase a HDB flat as a single PR.

You can however look into private residential condo for investment purposes.

Afternoon,

Single SPR are not eligible to purchase HDB unit. You can only do so with another SPR / SC spouse. In the event that you want to purchase resale HDB unit with your SPR / SC spouse, you will be required to remove your ownership status on your property in your hometown.
