The cooling measure does not affect SC buyers who are buying their first property in holding manner. Standard stamp duty is payable.

Don't be mindful of the new cooling measures as you are not affected by it.

For Singaporeans buying first residential property in Singapore, you are just need to pay normal buyer stamp duty [(3 x purchase price)- $5400], legal fees $3000, valuation fee, stamp duty for mortgage and other possible misc fees.
