Hi i am a PR. Yearning to buy a town house.
Would like to know whether can a PR buy townhouses?..what is the chances like of getting approved, any case similar you agent came encountered? ..Townhouse also Have to seek sla approval? If yes, how long does it take, any idea? ..Or is there some townhouse in singapore is PR/Foreigner Eligible???Pls help. Appreciate kind advise.

Hi lili,

Not all townhouse purchase by foreigner requires SLA's approval. You have the check the status of the project to know more. What is the location and price range you are working on? Are you looking for immediate move-in or can wait for projects under construction?

Hi Lili,

Geryl is correct, not all town houses are qualified for purchase by non-citizens (that includes PR).

There are some that permit PRs/Foreigners to purchase. Dependent on your budget. I advise that you contact one of us to guide you through your purchase.
