Hi, I am a PR and purchased a HDB in 2011, I understand that my minimum term is 5 yearswithin which I cannot buy any other property. I just wanted to check if i can buy new launched condos which will be ready in 2017. Thanks

Afternoon Vidhi,

As per contract that you have signed with the lawyers, you obligation is not to indicate any interest on properties located within and out of Singapore within the MOP. Hence you can only start to sign any S&P agreement after you have fulfilled it.

You can only purchase a new or resale condo in the year 2016. That is the year when you have already stay for 5 full years.
