Hi, I am a PR and buying a condo unit soon. However, in future (1~2yrs) I intend to transfer ownership to a foreigner, will stamp duty and new ABSD be applicable for this transfer in title??

Hi Mrs/Mr,

Yes, the person who recieves your property will need to pay for stamp duty if there is a transfer of ownership. If she/he is a foreigner and by the time the ABSD still in market, it needs to be paid.
