Hi, I am a male Singaporean single in my 40s. I like to buy a low cost cheap non- EC condo maybe a 1 bdr for investment and rent out. I have 55k cash on hand and 112 k on my OA CPF Account. Im drawing a 3k monthly salary and have no other personal loans or debts to clear monthly. Pls advise any potential condo I can buy. Thanks

based on your income, you might only be able to loan up to $310k on a 20 years loan tenure basis. With your finances on hand, you might have to look for property below $500k which is almost impossible nowdays.

Since you are looking for investment, probably you can opt to purchase a resale HDB and rent out the bedrooms while physically occupying the unit.

If you are looking at only private property, it will be good if you can get an in principal approval from a bank to see how much loan you can actually get - not payable. There are plenty of options depending on your time frame to get a unit but there would be factors to take into consideration.
