Hi i am a main tenant of a HDB Unit here in singapore. One of the occupants has been causing multiple issues (aggression in the household and late rental payment to me).
I being the main tenant am responsible to pay the landlord whole unit's rental on time but this occupant always pays late.
2nd, the occupant agreed to move out end of feb but now the occupant is asking to leave mid feb and wants me to revise the rental to half. Problem is the notice was given to me today and it seems too short.
If the occupant refuses to pay the rental of February while still staying, what action can be taken?
